Polynucleotides are very small fragments of highly purified DNA that when injected just below the skin's surface, send signals to your own skin cells encouraging them to regenerate and behave more like younger, healthier cells. At SAM Clinic we use the Mastelli Plinest, Plinest Eye and Newest range, which also brighten, hydrate and protect the skin as part of the same process. A course of 3 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart is recommended, with the best results usually visible 4–8 weeks after the final session.

A course of 3 sessions is £600; individual maintenance sessions are £250. Each syringe is enough to treat both under-eye areas, around a third of the face, the neck, or the full chest area.
