The wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in used American and French oak barriques for 6 8 months. This Primitivo di Manduria has a ruby red color with violet hues. In the nose it shows intense and complex fruity aromas with hints of small red fruit like cherries and blackberries.
