Raw Material Processing Type:Acrylic Washroom at WaterfallConcrete columns carry a low ceiling of corrugated metal and exposed pipework through the derelict raw material processing area of Peters Creameries Pty Ltd's Chatham factory. Graffiti marks the ribbed walls; a staircase leads toward a bright opening at the far end. Built in 1939 by contractor D. Gallagher, the plant processed condensed milk, butter, and dairy products for decades before closing in the late 1990s. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory
