Here, a gorgeous antique tile has been re used as the frame of this mirror. Thanks to the age of the tiles, the paint is cracked and chipped, exposing the tin in places and adding wonderful character. Originally stamped out of steel and known as "steel ceilings," the panels were later plated in tin to slow
