Smells quite dry. Super dark attack, hot clay, more cocoa nibs, chinotto. Intensely, intensely mineral. Finish is nearly bone dry, more floral, with a beautiful oolong sensibility. Like the best oolong teas, a wine that demands repeated and close consideration.
