The top portion of this flapper dress is a simple tube style as was the fashion of the day. It has gathers at each shoulder and just slips on. The waist is undefined and it has an attached skirt that is surprisingly full I photoed it spread out flat so you can get an idea. A nine inch band of florets are attached and circle the entire skirt. Each is a pastel color
